Returns - Full-Price Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Final Sale Items
All final sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
Arranging and Shipping Returns
To arrange a return or exchange, please contact support@xemvxzw.top.
Please reference the order number from your original order confirmation or packing slip and let us know if you are requesting a refund or exchange.
You will receive an RA#, which you must write on the return packing slip and on the outside of the return shipping box.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know your item has been received.
If you have requested a refund, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) days and the funds will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.
For exchanges, replacement items will be shipped within three (3) days of receipt, inspection, and approval of your return.
Route Shipping Protection
Our new Route package protection and insurance program provides peace of mind for all shipments. Route covers online orders against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
Defective Items
If any component of your order is found to be a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email within 15 days of delivery. Please send your claim to Support@xemvxzw.top and include your order number, a description of the defect, and pictures of the item and packaging.
