Shipping Policy

Due to warehouse time constraints, standard orders placed Monday through Friday (Pacific Time) are shipped as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding, as we strive to ship orders in the order they are received.

Holiday rush or inclement weather may cause slight delays in the processing and shipping delivery window for standard orders.

To schedule next-day or two-day delivery and receive specific expedited rates, please contact Customer Service.

Shipping

Xemvxzw offers free shipping on any order of $150 (and above) via UPS Ground within the continental United States.

For orders under $35, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for ground shipping. Orders between $35.00 and $99.99 are charged a flat rate of $12.95 for ground shipping.

For orders between $100 and $149.99, the shipping fee is $16.95 for ground shipping.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

Please note that we are facing significant shipping cost increases and will be working to transition our delivery process to faster, more economical solutions by 2025. The reality is that candles are heavy. We are a small business and can only do our best. Thank you very much for your support.

UPS Ground is our standard shipping method within the continental United States (delivery available Monday through Friday only) and the following rates apply:
